科研简介

致力于通过创新性的智能工程化平台,突破实体瘤过继细胞疗法在扩增效率、体内持久性和肿瘤浸润能力等方面的关键瓶颈。研究以膜融合脂质体技术为核心,构建了“胞内-胞外协同工程化”体系,实现免疫细胞在胞质递送与膜表面修饰上的时空协同调控,推动过继细胞疗法从单一功能强化向系统免疫重塑转变。
